Three steps

  1. Create an account. Choose owner or agent.
  2. Add the home. Price, layout, area, photos, and only details you can confirm. Thai and Chinese versions are optional; publisher text is never machine-translated.
  3. Submit for review. The home goes public after approval.

What agents ask us

Where do enquiries arrive?

Visitors can use the LINE, WhatsApp or WeChat contact you add, or send an enquiry on the site. Site enquiries are saved in your inbox under My listings → Enquiries, and the site also tries to send an email alert to your account email.

How do I update or remove a home?

In My listings, use “Take offline & edit” to change details and resubmit, “Mark rented” or “Mark sold” when it is gone, or “Unpublish”. Changes are reviewed before going public again.

Can I import many homes at once?

Agent accounts can connect one Proppit-style XML feed, preview it, tick the homes to import and import up to 50 homes per account. Each imported home is reviewed. A daily check keeps availability up to date; it does not add new homes by itself.

What does it cost?

Standard listings are free until 28 December 2026; after that individual owners pay ฿300 per listing for 30 days. Agency accounts: ฿5,000 for 30 days covers up to 100 listings; for more listings or a special promotion, contact us for a custom package. Optional boost: ฿299 for 7 days. Homepage feature: ฿1,499 for 7 days. Nothing is charged automatically. Prices and refunds

Keep the asking price and description consistent with the property fields. Confirm availability with enquirers and update or withdraw a home that is no longer offered. Publication and promotion never guarantee a tenant or buyer.
